My standing mixer!
I remember writing a post about my standing mixer experiences, i had just bought a Kenmore and i was kind of excited...until i realized that the bowl didn't stay in place while mixing dough...disappointing.
Then was the time of a Cuisinart, that seemed good in paper but very cheap in reality...returned.
Alec spent a few hours researching online, i was pessimistic after reading that the new KitchenAid is not as sturdy as the older models...and then Alec said: why don't we buy a Breville?
We can return it if we don't like it (lol)
So we went to Crate and Barrell and we bought a Breville, 5 quart capacity.
And there i had found my mixer: sturdy, heavy duty, noise free, cool...what else could i desire?
Sometimes what is less advertised is better than the "classics" that you can find everywhere...
