Meet the Doula!
I realized this morning that i have never written in this blog that i am a certified Doula!!
I assist women during pregnancy and labor, help them make informed decisions, use special techniques to relief pain and discomfort, support them all the way to birth and beyond, advocate for them and their birth choices.
I absolutely love what i do, and i am so hay to be able to contribute with my training and experience to the growing movement of professionals that strive to improve women's birth experience.
