Stuffed Artichokes!

Yesterday a friend kindly brought us a few artichokes, so i decided to cook one of my favorite childhood foods: stuffed artichokes.
And while i was preparing them, i took some pictures to show the process:
First you cut the stem and the tips of the artichokes, and take out with a knife the center, as shown in the picture. Peel the stems and cut them.
Put the artichokes and the stems in a metal pot, and fill it up with water until it reaches 3/4 of the height of the artichokes. Pinch of salt. Let it cook until the artichokes are pretty soft, "al dente".
Check 3 eggs, and scramble them with 3 pinches of salt, then add half a cup of dry bread:
Cube two slices of mozzarella cheese, and grate some hard cheese (like Grana Padano). Spill the water where you cooked the artichokes, and transfer then on a baking tray, which has been previously smeared with some oil. Pour with a teaspoon the egg mixture in the center of the artichokes, and put a few cheese cubes into each artichoke.

 Pour some water in the tray and bake until the egg is completely cooked. Et voila'!
