The Turkey night
After 5 hours of slow baking, our turkey was finally ready to be eaten...i took out my meat termometer (thank you Alec for buying it!), and tested the turkey breast to make sure that even the thickest parts were well done...
Et voila'!
Marina (Alec's mother) cut it into pieces, and then we had our little feast, with white wine, cranberry jello, potatoes and pickles...and parve ice cream for dessert, of course :)
The turkey was good!!!!
Not only, but it was so big that we have loads of leftovers to eat on Shabbat!!!!!
So thank you to Julia Child, my father, Alec's parents, Alec and the kids for their patience and cooperation, the experiment was succesful!
