Home made pralines!

I had been looking at this recipe since i got Kosher Elegance, a new kosher cookbook i got from Feldheim: these little chocolates were staring at me, i could wait no more: i bought all the ingredients, and made these white chocolate pralines with pistacchio and wafer rolls crumbs...as Amy Adams in Julie and Julia would say:"Yummmmmmm!"
They have a delicate taste with a little crunch inside...tempted to go back to the fridge to sample some more :)
