Black out!

Thanks to Sandy the hurricane, we have been without power for a day already...i have two pots of water bubbling on the stoves as heaters, plus our gas fire place, and we did pj party downstairs last night, the only place where temperatures were over 50f.
Here are the kids, smiling: they ask every 10 minutes if the power is back on, with hope in their voice...nope, not yet. Getting ready for a "special" Shabbat!
Thank Gd we are all good and our house is not flooded...hope that all the people in that situation will soon have relief!
