What I do on the last day of Channuka :)

This afternoon there will be a big Channuka party by us, and i have started to do some of the cooking: adrenaline didn't give me a good night of sleep, so besides a cup of caffelatte i needed some other energizer: i turned on Spotify and started listening to old Dylan songs, from 1961/64...the dough for my first batch of doughnuts was mixing in my Breville, and all of a sudden i felt like i was in the kitchen of some New York bakery, in the Sixties...incidentally a Kosher one ;) with Dylan playing on stage :) More fun this way! And the kids are doing a great job cleaning up the playroom and doing some crafts while watching some educational video...i like it when they don't fight and share nicely and are in a good mood! Have a happy last day of Channuka! Let's make a lechaim in memory of all the kids killed in Connecticut, because there is really no explanation for the death of so many innocent creatures...let's hope that light will shine again unconditionally in this world!
