Rosh HaShana Dessert marathon (with recipes)

Tonight i am on a baking marathon, i have been in the kitchen since 8, when Drori fell asleep after a few hours of screaming (hello teething!) So far i have baked apple cake, one of our Rosh HaShana favourites:

 It's a soft layered cake, with the inviting aroma of cinnamon (i use Saigon Cinnamon).

 This time i used chocolate chips (good quality ones, with real chocolate), one babka has regular and one coffee chocolate chips...can't wait to eat them!
