Baci di dama, Pesach version

Ingredients
100gr butter or margarine, cubed
100gr ground hazelnuts
85gr sugar
100gr coconut flour

Hazelnut cream 

Mix all ingredients except for hazelnut cream in a bowl, until smooth. Create 4 logs and refrigerate for one hour. 
Preheat oven to 320F.
Cut the logs into even pieces and create little balls.
Bake until bottom looks light brown.
Let the cookies cool, then spread some hazelnut cream on the flat side of a cookie and sandwich with another one.
