Eclairs galore!

Tonight i made eclairs from scratch...i had made them many years ago, and i really missed that unique combination of flavors and textures...so here they are, filled with chocolate cream and decorated with almond flavored glaze...i had to put them in the fridge quick, before i was tempted to finish up half the tray :)
