Rain, rain...

...go away, come again another day!
This is the song that keeps popping into my head these past few days...
In  Napoli it's like this: it hasn't rained the whole summer, and now the rain season has started, and we have these crazy storms with lightnings and thunders...
I had a few errands planned for this week, but it has been impossible to get out of the house, just looking out of my kitchen window in the morning was enough to discourage me :)
On another note, i prepared a set of flashcards with Aleph Beth for the kids, and even though i should have used cardboard-like paper, the result is not bad:

For some reason the editor of the pictures here doesn't allow me to rotate them, so i had to put them this way...

On one side there is the Hebrew letter, on the other a drawing of something that represents that letter and the name of the letter itself.

The kids like them, and we are planning to use them to review the Aleph Beth with Didi and Simcha, so that they don't get bored by repeating the letters by heart.
