Tough day...let's bake apple yeast roll! :)

Today was for me what they call a "No" day, also known as "Stay away from me if you care for your life" day...
First of all, i got all agitated over some projects that seem to take longer that expected to come through, then the kids were spreading toys all over the floor and screaming as loud as possible...and finally, the printer started going crazy: at first the display showed  "low ink", so i took out new cartridges and substituted them.
And then the fun started: the display started indicating "blue ink not recognized", then "blue AND yellow ink not recognized, and so on and so forth with an annoying sequence...I took out the cartridges, put them back in: nothing! I called Alec to take a look, so he tried to wipe the nozels, redid the whole procedure, but nothing changed.
So i gave up, i prepared a couple of sheets for David and Simcha homescholing by hand on colored paper, and then i decided to prepare apple and chocolate yeast rolls for dinner...such a tough day needs its reward!!!!!
And, Didi has just completed his alphabet sheet beautifully!!!
