Let it snow, let it snow....
These past few days have been the peek of our winter (so far). Cold, cold, cold...yesterday while we were having lunch hail fell down! Big like hazelnuts!
The kids were glued to the window, watching the closest thing to snow that falls here in Napoli...i searched a bit on the web, and i found out that the last time that it snowed in the center of Napoli it was the 1st of March 2005...
But last week end another place got ten centimeters of snow: the island of Capri!!!!

They interviewed the mayor of Capri on the radio, and he said that last time they got snow was 1987!!! He said that people there don't own snow boots and jackets, and that they are completely unprepared to deal with snow...
The kids went once to see the snow on Mount Vesuvio, but the road to get there is so bad that David still remembers how sick he got and doesn't want to go there any time soon...
