Little miracles...
Shavua Tov!
Do you remember that a few weeks i had written that post about bitachon?
As i always say, it's one of the hardest things for me: to have faith and hope when things don't look positive.
It has been a difficult month, draining physically and maybe even more psychologically, but good news can always ring your bell (or your phone, like in our case) when you expect them the least.
So i was preparing lunch, when the Rabbi from Rome that is taking care of the Jewish Community of Napoli now that the leader of the congregation is gone called us, to let us know that we shouldn't worry about our financial situation anymore, because he wants us to take care of the Kindergarten that he wants to start and of the kasherut for the Community events: basically, we are hired!
We already got some money, and we are looking into ordering some nice Jewish toys and games for the kids to play in the Synagogue during Shabbat services, so that they could really appreciate the Synagogue time, instead of running around looking for something to break :)
I feel relived, because i know that even though we still have to work on our site and other projects, we don't have the stress of the upcoming rent and other bills piling up...
A good start, thank G-d, and we hope that things will continue in this direction, so that we can finally have our place in the Community and earn our living with what we are best at...
This is our miracle, may it go from strength to strength!

ReplyDeleteri-Ciao, Sarah!
ReplyDeleteI piccoli miracoli sono poi i migliori.. :-)))
Come state tu e le bambine?
