Have you ever tried Sufganyot with melted cheese?

In honor of the last day of Channuka, a creative way to use up those home made sufganyot that have not been filled yet: cut them like you would do to prepare a sandwich, stuff them with sliced cheese, put them in a very warm oven until you see that the cheese is all melted et voila'! Delicious! All my family loved them!

Only one candle is still burning out of all our Channuka candles...I feel a bit sad because it's the last night...it was fun to watch the kids dancing with Alec and eating their chocolate coins by the light of the menorot...but in a few days is Shabbat, so i have to start planning the baking/cooking...orata or salmon? Mmmmmhhhh...
