Wow what a week-end!

Happy 5th day of Channuka!!!
I feel like i have been living in my kitchen since Friday morning...first i cooked for Shabbat (we had 8 guests from Israel plus 5 locals), and then Motzei Shabbat we had  a cute little Channuka party with Valerio, Stefania and their son Ruben: our kids are becoming god friends, and i am happy for that. We ate eggplant parmesan, chumus and tomato salad, with the last challa left from Shabbat.
This morning i started to bake and cook for the party in the Community, so bread buns, 3 different kinds of hummus, and lots of sufganyot, with assorted fillings...i made the chocolate cream with melted chocolate, and it was very hard to resist from eating the while thing up before i could use it :)
Then Alec brought the kids to the Synagogue where they had some activities arranged with a girl from Rome, and then there was the "big people" party...i will not write about this last one, because i feel that i need to make some decisions and it's better if i write them up once things are more defined...but i will just say that the situation is becoming for me unbearable over there, and i start to feel physically affected, which is not a good thing.
Anyway, now i am drinking a yummy herbal tea and trying to relax before i go to bed ( i fell asleep on the couch before but i was awaken by Moshe stepping on my head with his feet).
